Events at Truist Arena are easy to attend. We offer you several convenient ways to purchase tickets to your favorite events. Ticketmaster.com is the official ticketing service of Truist Arena.
Tickets to upcoming events may be purchased through:
Consumer Warning: Truist Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is a Truist Arena licensed contractor. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.
Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of Truist Arena Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TicketExchange. TicketExchange is Ticketmaster’s online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets, because the tickets sold through TicketExchange are linked to Ticketmaster’s barcoded ticketing systems.

Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seats are available in select price levels. Up to three companion tickets, if available, may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. ADA seating may be purchased on the floor so long as there are floor seats available on an aisle. All requests for ADA seating on the floor should be directed to Truist Arena Box Office no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Children's Admission
Children who have yet to celebrate their 2nd birthday do not require a ticket to MOST events at Truist Arena provided that they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the entire event. Please check each event individually for age requirements.
Group Tickets

Lost or Stolen Ticket Policy
Lost tickets can be replaced by Truist Arena if purchased at Truist Arena Box Office. If tickets need to be replaced please call the Box Office at (859) 292-2889. However, TruistArena cannot reprint any tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or acquired through any other means. If tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster or another party, please contact the point-of-purchase for replacement of lost tickets. Tickets will only be reissued with proper ID and documentation. Tickets purchased from the box office with cash cannot be tracked and, therefore, cannot be reissued. If tickets are stolen, guests must provide proof of purchase and a police report to Truist Arena Ticket Office. New tickets will then be printed.
Will Call Policy
When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at main Box Office. Please be prepared to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo I.D.of Truist Arena main Box Office located just off of Nunn Drive. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.
Resale of tickets
The resale of event tickets on the grounds of the Truist Arena is strictly prohibited. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen, void, or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or Truist Arena Box Office.
Refunds
Please confirm your ticket selection at the time of purchase as tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
